  • How do I schedule an auto glass replacement or repair?
    You may call us directly, and we will advise you on exactly what you have to do. You do not have to bring
    your car to us.


  • Will my insurance coverage pay for my glass repair replacement?
    In most cases broken glass will be covered under the comprehensive part of the coverage. Some older
    vehicles will not have this coverage.

    00000 Deductible – Your insurance company pays the full claim.
    05000 Deductible – The customer pays the first $50. The balance will be paid by your insurance company.
    10000 Deductible – The customer pays the first $100. The balance will be paid by your insurance company.
    25000 Deductible – Same as above with the customer paying the first $250 of the claim.
    50000 Deductible – Usually implies you are paying the entire claim.

    Note: Customers who carry the 50000 option should always call J.C. Auto Glass because of our guaranteed lowest price.


  • Can I save money on my deductible?
    It is currently against local and federal statutes to alter your deductible payment in any manner.


  • When do I pay my deductible?
    Deductible payment is due at the time of repair or replacement. Should you not be able to be with your
    car at the time of your repair, you may pre-arrange to pay by Visa, Mastercard, cash, or personal check.
